Fuel injection pump of diesel engine oil too much common reasons for the following three:
1, the fuel injection pump plunger adjustment more oil is too large, or adjust the ring gear lock screw loose and make the adjustment ring gear displacement, cause the fuel injection pump oil is too large.
2, governor limits rack and the bulk oil adjustment screw adjustment is too large or throttle lever limit screw is too big.
3, governor of the oil too much, make the oil will also increase, and lead to "ride"
For oil, will increase fuel consumption, fuel combustion is incomplete, the diesel engine exhaust smoke, serious the combustion chamber carbon deposit, accelerate the cylinder, piston and piston ring wear, and even make the diesel engine overheat and knocking phenomenon.
